I will lift up my eyes to the hills - From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2)

This semester is by far, the best one i guess. Relaxed, even though deadlines are piling up. Loved, even though work is swarming me. <3 Somehow my life seems to be more wholesome, but of course if there is something i need to learn in this semester, its really called time management and priorities. If not, its really possible that i would be overwhelmed with work and no time left for my beloved. May my Lord guide me through His wisdom and strength.

Crazy things going on in my life, nothing short of surprises and of course, pleasant ones. I wouldn't imagine myself to be one who would sit at a playground and hang out for more than 6 hours. Maybe its true that i have done it before when i was in secondary school, hanging out with my buddies. Definitely never in the middle of the night. And this i did, in the midst of two normal schooldays with another who like me, has school the next day. :)

Have you ever walked from Orchard to Aljunied/Woodleigh? Well i did, and i did it twice within a month. Haha. More importantly, i guess its sort of an affirmation to my inner thoughts. Something that could be viewed as so ridiculous to me (honestly), i was willing to walk the distance with her, simply for the quality time spent while we were together. That surpasses any amount of sweat and effort i was unwillingly to shed. In exchange, i knew that she was the one for me.

On a random day after a long night of socializing at the Appreciation Dinner, i decided to do something out of my world. Guided by my instincts, maybe the discernment of the Holy Spirit, i went on ahead to buy tau hway and delivered it to her doorstep just before midnight. 说起来还真巧, i almost had no means to contact her since my battery was flat (i managed to through the existence of a public phone). But by the arrangement of our Lord, she kind of expected me when took a peek out of her window and saw me alighting from the cab. If not, without the pay phone, i wouldn't know what time would i be waiting until some means appeared to me. Thank God for that! :)

Our week ended blissfully i would say; our efforts after friday's stayover culminated in a lunch prepared by us for six people.

Looks like simple fare but it took us quite some effort to prepare it (or at least on my part). I was glad that the lunch turned out rather well, considering we were using some unfamiliar ingredients like asparagus and golden mushroom! :) I wished i had taken more pictures of my beloved jingting in action; never mind, i'm sure more opportunities will come as time goes by. More forging of memories for the two of us. :D

You know that our Lord will always be the one that we look towards; and as like me i know that your most beloved is our Lord, our Heavenly Father watching over us. But i'm also sure that you have occupied the innermost position in my heart that otherwise stays empty. Jesus has my heart, but you, have a special position in it that no other in this world can replace. <3
